Hello......I am a new member to the forum. I have had several Clavinovas over the years and now have a cvp100 series. I'm not really sure which model it is. Is there any way to tell on the instrument itself? I really enjoy it but I am considering selling it and replacing it with a new cvp407. I also have a Roland Atelier AT90SL organ and a Roland G70 keyboard. The keyboard is ok but nothing like either the organ or the CLavinova. It appears the new Clavinovas are simply amazing. I really enjoy messing around with these instruments and I am looking forward to getting the CVP407.

Hi Sabatino

A very warm welcome to Simon Smith’s Tutorial Hub Forum. Thank you for introducing yourself to our community.

You are right; like many others, I also think the Yamaha CVP-407 Clavinova is simply fantastic and I am sure you will enjoy it.

Re your CVP100 series, with most (although maybe not all) Clavinovas the model number is printed on the instrument panel either on the extreme right or left hand side. Alternatively it may also be printed on an identifying label on the underside of the Clavinova keyboard.
