| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier, you can either place your order by telephone or use our secure online web store. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payments. If you are shopping from outside of the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Check with your card issuer for their rates and fees for international transactions. We accept Visa (including Visa Electron), MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Maestro credit card payment and your card will be immediately charged after your purchase. Payments are processed securely by SagePay Secure Online Payment services. You may pay by card over the phone. We accept personal and company cheques in sterling GBP, however they need to have been cleared before goods are dispatched. This usually takes 3 - 5 working days. If a trade credit account has been applied for and granted, we will grant a period of 30 days settlement from the date of invoice. We trade in sterling GBP. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. This does not however, constitute a binding acceptance of your order nor does it imply that a contract exists between us. We are under no obligation to accept your order. | Delivery Schedule We will endeavor to dispatch your order right away if the order is received before 1.30pm (GMT) and is in stock. Exceptions to this order cut off time for a particular product, will be indicated within the product description itself. Large international orders are usually dispatched the following day. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days. International orders are generally received in less than 20 days. Some products are dispatched directly from the distributor. Please note we do not dispatch any parcels on Saturday, Sundays or Bank holidays. With the exception of standard Royal Mail 1st post (i.e. not Recorded 1st), all of our delivery services require proof of delivery in all cases, so please ensure that a person will be available to sign for the parcel. If no-one is available to sign for a parcel, it is usual practice that the Courier or Postal Service will leave a card explaining how the parcel can be collected. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure the goods are delivered within the stated time, no liability can be accepted for any delays. | Returns Policy TO RETURN FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS Please notify us immediately upon receipt of any damage to your goods. In the unlikely event of loss or damage to your ordered goods, we will supply replacements free of charge. After a period of 7 days, damage will be assumed to have occurred after delivery. Where replacements are not available, a full refund will be offered.
