Information for Overseas Customers

We dispatch goods Worldwide and have many happy customers all over the World. The order process is very easy.

Currency of payment:
You place your order in our secure web store in £ GBP. When you receive your bill from your card company, they will normally have billed you in your local currency at their exchange rate for the transaction. If you wish to get a rough idea of a product's price in your local currency before ordering, you may use the currency convertor tool on our web store. The Currency convertor is selectable from the right hand column of our web store. The actual exchange rate you get for your transaction depends upon your card company.

VAT and Non EU Countries:
For Standard rated items (e.g. not books as they are already zero rated), the 17.5% VAT is removed at the checkout for shipping to Non EU Countries.

Shipping/Postage Method:
The Postage/Shipping method is either by Courier or 'Signed For' Priority Airmail Postal Services, selectable at the Checkout. The default International Postage method is International Priority Registered Airmail. This is a signed for priority airmail postal service.

Customs Info:
The responsibility for payment of custom duties/taxes rests with the customer.
It is possible that deliveries to some countries may be delayed by customs. We reserve the right not to deliver to some countries if we consider there is a risk that you will not receive your order.
